VKIN has a professional after-sales technical team to provide at least once product training every year in the clients’ place. We also provide some free spare parts to them for every full container. Every VKIN heat pump has a special verification code to track in case of aftersales problem. For heat pumps with app control, the technical team can even do the aftersales troubleshooting remotely in China.
